Time creeps like a tangled vine
Looking back, all was long gone
But this heart of mine
Beyond broken, scars the bygone
Ordeal haunts day and night
Hurt stays immense
Hope always blight
No one caring to break down the pretense
Even the closest friends or kin
Ignores, closes one eye
And never tries to look in
Without giving warmth and went by
Now without you beside
The world can be really cold
With no flesh and blood to confide
Only darkness enfold
Life goes on, everything else in tow
Everything changes
You just got to go with the flow
For no one cares to heal your damages
Hence gather everything together
Hide them safe inside
