Training's today, day camp.
I like th physical fitness, it was fun esp th partner part. Haha :D

I partner-ed w Siti. Kite semangat skali buat tau. One of th excercise, jnrs cn do 30 but we did 50. Semangat btl. I like. Muscle punye psl la kn. Haha. ^.^
Overall, it's okay. It was me who make it less okay. Alright, Im not a shooter anymore. Got to work as a GK.
I guess I wont be updating about th hockey training so soon aft all.
Just got back from watching the 5 Nations Netball Cup '09, if Im not wrong, 1half h ago.
- Scotland vs Northern Ireland & S'pore vs Tazania. W Ireland & Tzania winnnig. I like the Tzania GS, and Ireland GA.
Overall, it's okay. It was me who make it less okay. Alright, Im not a shooter anymore. Got to work as a GK.
